Review of Administrative Regulations
Board policy sets the direction for the administration, the education program and school district operations. Some policies require administrative regulations to implement them.
It shall be the responsibility of the superintendent to develop administrative regulations, where necessary, to implement the board policies. The regulations will be available no later than sixty days from the later of the date of passage or effective date stated in the motion. However, the superintendent shall have a reasonable period of time exceeding sixty days from the date of the adoption of this manual to develop the necessary administrative regulations for implementing the board policies.
