Board of Directors

Order of Regular Board Meeting

The board shall conduct an orderly board meeting.  The board will, at all regular board meetings, follow an agenda order similar to:

               1.     Call to order

               2.     Approval or Change of Tentative Agenda

               3.     Approval of Minutes

               4.     Secretary’s Monthly Finance Report

               5.     Budget Balances

               6.     Other Old Business

               7.     New Business

               8.     Adjournment

The public notice at the superintendent’s office 24 hours prior to the regular board meeting during regular business hours will offer more detail of the issues the board will discuss in the order stated above.
