Davis County Elementary receives federal Title I funding.  These funds are utilized schoolwide to upgrade the entire educational program of the school in order to raise the academic achievement level of all children.  In addition, funds are also used to train and hire highly qualified staff to assist students who are experiencing difficulties in meeting the state's academic performance standards.

Attached you will find a link to review the district's Schoolwide Title I Parent and Family Involvement Policy and a copy of the School and Parent Compact.  The Davis County School district recognizes that parental involvement is a key to student success.  We seek to involve parents in an effective home and school partnership that will provide the best possible education for students.
