Winter Concert

Concert Attire - Below are some suggestions for student attire. Mrs. Parrish wishes for the performance to be a fun experience for everyone involved. Of course, please remember to keep all outfits appropriate.
Kindergarten and 1st Grade
Students are simply asked to wear their best attire in order to be presented in a positive light while they perform. Wear some fun festive attire as well!
2nd, 3rd and 4th Grade
Skirts and dresses should make sure they are long enough that the hem touches the knees even when sitting down. If the hem does not touch the knees when sitting, leggings/tights may be worn.
Accessories - Outfits can be dressed up with items like Santa hats, elf hats, and reindeer ears.
Shoes - Students are simply asked to wear their very best shoes.
Other Information
The elementary music concert will be held on December 4th, 2018 in the elementary school gym. Concerts will be 15 to 20 minutes long, and will allow time to switch grades and audience members in between. Parents are encouraged to attend in order to support the students of Davis County, as well as to support the music program in this wonderful school district.
Taking students home after the concert will be allowable by signing them out in their classrooms, and we encourage that you ask your child questions about the concert and what is going on in music in order to stimulate reflection and conversation.
I would like to thank each and every one of you for all that you have done for Davis County and the music program. No matter how big or how small the help, it is appreciated!
