Parents should come prepared to turn in or fill out our Preschool Application. We will need health information including a birth certificate and immunization record. Please also have an emergency contact name and number available.
Child MUST be 4 years old by September 15, 2019.
Please call Lisa at the Elementary Office at 641-664-2200 ext. 1135 to reserve your spot and get paperwork mailed early!
