  1. Ocean Awareness Contest ($250-$1500, 4 awards. Due June 15) - Awards creative work (visual art, film, music, poetry, prose, or multimedia) about ocean issues and advocacy
  2. Korean American Scholarship ($500-$5000, multiple award. Due June 30): Awards Korean American students who have academic/personal achievement and are engaged in community/civic service
  3. Beauty & Wellness Scholarship for Women ($500-$1000, 2 awards. Due June 30): Essay contest on why the female student is committed to living a healthy lifestyle, how they maintain physical and mental wellness, and whether it has been difficult to make healthy decisions
  4. MyBioSource Learning Disabilities Scholarship ($1000, 2 awards. Due June 30): Supports students with documented learning disabilities
  5. ABC Wildlife Scholarship for Women in STEM ($1000, 1 award. Due July 1): Female students intending to study science, technology, engineering, or math. Open to non-citizens as well.
  6. Solar Scholarship ($1000, multiple awards. Due July 1): Essay contest (500-1000 words) on what excites you most about the future of solar? Open to students with GPAs of 3.2+.
  7. Thomas J Henry Leadership Scholarship ($1000, 1 award, Due July 1): This law firm awards $1000 each academic semester to a student who demonstrates the importance of leadership. Applicants must write 750-1000 words on their leadership role experience, for a school sports team, club, outside organization, church, or volunteer group.
  8. Course Hero Super Senior Scholarship ($5000, 1 award Due July 3): Essay contest on some timely themes: What makes something true/fact? Do you think that people are susceptible to coercive persuasion? If so, what makes them susceptible?"
  9. Keller Law Offices Academic Scholarship ($1000, 1 award. Due July 15): Writing contest on how someone got falsely accused of a crime (can be real or fictional). Applicant must publish it in a personal blog.
  10. Cogan & Power Academic Scholarship ($2000, 1 award. Due July 15): Essay contest on jobs you’ve worked in, the safety risks associated with them, and how your employers could have made it safer. Applicant must publish it on a personal blog.
  11. Dolphin Galleries Scholarship for the Visual & Creative Arts ($1000, 1 award. Due July 20): Supports a student who plans to pursue an arts-related major or minor.
  12. Maple Holistics Natural Scholarship ($1000, 1 award. Due Sept 1): Essay contest - Applicant must submit an original blog post on any topic related to natural health and personal care.
  13. GVD Renovations Scholarship ($1000, 1 award. Due Sept 3): Essay contest on how home remodeling benefits American families and boosts real estate value.
  14. Be the Boss Scholarship for Female Entrepreneurs ($2000, 2 awards. Due Sept 15): For a female student who wants to start her own online business. Financial need and academic performance are not important.
