Hey DC Elementary Families!

Welcome to this month's Mental Health Minute. If you have been following along this school year you'll know we have been talking all about resilience or the ability to bounce back from difficult situations. We are continuing those discussions today. I brought along a few helpers to demonstrate different coping skills to utilize when experiencing strong emotions.
