8th Grade Career Day at IHCC
8th grade students attended Career Day at Indian Hills Community College on Friday. Students explored various career options such as; Lasers, Robotics, Criminal Justice, Industrial Maintenance, and Entrepreneurship, to name a few. It was an excellent opportunity to give the students a chance to experience a diversity of career choices.
8th graders will be attending the IHCC 8th Grade Career Day on October 19 at Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa. This is an important day for students to continue high school and post-high school planning. We encourage you to discuss different career options and work roles with your 8th grader. Tell him/her what you do and why it is important. Your conversations regarding career education and decision-making is a powerful influence.

All Middle School Football practices for 5th thru 8th grade are cancelled for tonight!!!
Middle School Football Game at Eddyville Blakesberg has been postponed until Thursday at the same time.
