DC Elementary Parents! Don't forget that picture retakes are tomorrow. Students MUST bring their original picture packet back in order to have retakes done.

Dear DC Parents & Community,
Davis County has been fortunate to receive a S.T.O.P. Grant through the Federal Department of Justice that provides funds to support student safety through a variety of training efforts. A large part of this effort is designed to improve the district’s training for emergency drills.
On Monday, November 27, students and staff at the elementary school, middle school and high school will take part in what we are calling a complex fire drill. Monday’s drill will be a little more involved than our “regular” fire drills and aims to assess our ability to think flexibly during a crisis and our communication ability in the event of an emergency. Most students will not notice a difference in this drill, but some may notice that their class follows a little bit different procedure than usual. Consultants from the Strategic Partnership Schools Group will be on site to observe the drill and debrief with leaders after the drill.
Sincerely,
Davis County Schools

DC Elementary Parents!
We have had a lot of parents call asking about school pictures. The school has not received pictures back yet but they are on the way. The school pictures that some have seen lately are from those families who ordered the digital access. We hope to have all of the other packets soon. Thanks for understanding.
