Lee Rouson, former running back in the NFL for the New York Giants, will be at Davis County High School on Monday, January 21st. He is a motivational speaker and he will be presenting on empowering others to become leaders, and motivating youth to overcome adversity.

Dear Davis County,
Please know we decided to cancel school today instead delaying because weather and road conditions would not improve enough in time to run buses this morning. NOAA weather reports show that temperatures will improve enough this afternoon to allow us to host the high school bowling meet and high school basketball games this evening as scheduled. We will also allow high school programs to practice if they chose to do so, but will not require students to attend if they or their parents are not comfortable being on the roads. All middle school events and practices however are cancelled today.
Sincerely,
Dan Maeder, Superintendent
