Incoming Juniors and Seniors:
If you requested IHCC Courses but DID NOT attend the mandatory meeting last May, you MUST stop by the High School office to pick up required forms on Monday, August 8th from 8:00-12:00.
In order to take any IHCC Courses for the 2022-23 School Year, these forms must be completed and returned to the HS Office no later than Friday, August 12th.

Davis County Schools registration for the 2022-2023 school year opens today!
Log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal to complete registration electronically.
For those who need additional assistance, Registration Day will be held Monday, August 8, 2022 from 11:00AM - 7:00PM in the High School Library.

Summer Reminders for School!
>Incoming Preschool & Kindergarteners: Please turn in completed enrollment packets prior to school starting in the fall.
>Incoming 7th Graders: All 7th grade students need proof of a Tdap booster and a meningococcal vaccine or an exemption certificate.
>Incoming 9th Graders: All 9th grade students should submit a valid dental screening certificate to school in the fall.
>Incoming 12th Graders: All 12th grade students need proof of meningococcal vaccines or an exemption certificate.

A friendly reminder that it’s Family Week designated by the IAHSAA & IGHSAU. All of Davis County facilities will be closed for the week. We hope you enjoy time away with family and friends. Fall sports practices officially begin August 8th (high school only).

Message From The Activities Office: Parents, If you have a child who will be participating in a fall sport or activity, they MUST have a current physical on file with the school in order to participate. This MUST be done before the first day of practice. All incoming 7th graders will need a physical. Please contact your local health care provider to schedule your child's physical.

Final State Softball Update: A HUGE congratulations to THE Davis County Mustang Softball team for finishing in 5th place in Class 3A! Think about this…We did it with home grown kids who were born and raised in Davis County! Pretty special considering who we played Saydel (Des Moines) and Wahlert Catholic (Dubuque)
Congrats Briley, Macy and Sydney for winning your last game in a Mustang uniform.

Mustang Softball will probably start around 8:30 or 9:00 due to delays in previous games today. We will keep you updated as the current game progresses.

State Softball Information: There will be a send-off for the Mustang Softball team on Sunday afternoon beginning at 3:00 at Mustang Sports Complex. The team will exit the complex and head out to Highway 2 and proceed back into town with a police escort. The team will turn onto Highway 63 and make a loop around the square as they leave for Fort Dodge. Please show your support by lining the streets and wishing the Mustangs good luck!
