Tonight we ask our community to wear the colors orange and black to the basketball games. We do this in honor of Emmelia Miller, Senior, at Fairfield High School, whose life was tragically cut short in an auto accident this past Saturday. We remember her light, her love, and the impact that she had on all around her. #trojanstrong

Huge shout out to our Large Group Speech/Drama Students who performed this past Saturday at the District Contest! There were four large groups that performed and ALL brought home I Ratings! We are super proud of our students and how they represented Davis County. Thank you for the support from parents and friends today!

If you plan to attend the basketball games at Cardinal this evening, they will be having their annual silent auction for the Washington DC trip. They will have between 200-300 baskets available for bidding.
Here is the games format:
HS Gym : 5:00 - JV1 Boys, followed by Varsity girls, followed by Varsity boys
MS Gym: 5:00 - JV girls, followed by JV2 boys

Due to extreme temperatures, Davis County Schools will have a virtual learning day Friday, January 23. All activities will happen as scheduled Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.   If you have any questions about what your child should be working on, please contact the classroom teacher in the Rooms app.

The JV basketball games at Pekin have been cancelled for tonight due to Pekin having to reschedule Varsity games.

Tonight's HS Basketball vs Knoxville Format:
HS Gym: 6:00 Varsity girls followed by Varsity boys
MS Gym: 5:00 JV1 boys followed by JV2
There is no JV girls game.

Auditions will be January 26, 29, & 30 from 6-8 pm in the Davis County High School Library.

1/16 @ EBF: 5 PM start.
Front Gym - JV Boys, Varsity Girls, Varsity Boys
Back Gym - No game, JV2 Boys, JV Girls

1/17 vs VBC @ DC HS: 1 PM start.
1:00 - Half of JV girls game
2:00 or 10 minutes after the JV girls - JV boys game
3:30 or 15 minutes after the JV boys - Varsity Girls
5:00 or 15 minutes after the varsity girls - Varsity Boys

Can't make it to tonight's Girls Basketball game vs. Wayne, GoWayne TV will be broadcasting just the Varsity Only Game.

Come support our basketball teams tonight when we take on Albia. We will also be honoring and recognizing our State Champion Cheer Team during halftime of the varsity girls game. In addition, the Dance team will be performing at halftime of the boys game. The varsity girls game should start around 6:30. See you at the Fieldhouse!!

There will be no activity bus routes this evening, Tuesday, December 16th.
