
5th - 8th grade students are invited to a Back to School Bash at the Mutchler Center on August 20 from 5:00 - 6:30PM. Cost is $5.00. Refreshments will be available for a small donation. Wear neon or white attire to stand out in the glow-in-the-dark dance!

State Baseball Send-Off: There will be a send-off for the Mustang baseball team on Monday evening beginning at 6:15 PM at the West Sports Complex. The community is invited to attend or you can park along Old Hwy. 2 and Jefferson Street and wish the boys luck as they leave town.
If you have ordered a State Baseball T-shirt, they will be available for pick-up on Monday from 4:00-6:00 at the West Sports Complex.

Beginning on Sunday, July 25th, the Unified Iowa High School Activities Non-Contact Period will begin. This means there will be no activities happening on Davis County Facilities during that week. All of our facilities will be locked up and closed during this time. This includes the High School Track and Tennis Courts. Activities and facilities will resume and re-open on Monday, August 2nd. Go Mustangs!

Reminder: You must purchase tickets online if you plan to attend the State Baseball tournament. You will need to buy tickets for Session 3 2A. Tickets are on sale NOW!

The Mustang baseball team will play Van Meter on Tuesday, July 27th at 1:30 at Merchants Park in Carroll. There will be a send off for the team on Monday evening starting at the West Sports Complex and running to the square as they leave town. Additional details to come as plans become finalized.

There will be a police escort for our state-qualifying Mustang baseball team starting at the Word of Life Church as they return home from Washington this evening. They will make a loop around the square and then head to the west sports complex. Feel free to park on the square and welcome them home. Go Mustangs!

Here is updated information about Tuesday's Sub-State baseball game in Washington.
FIELD LOCATION: The baseball field is located west of the high school (1111 South Ave. B). Gates will open to the public at 5:30 PM.
TICKETING: We will be using Hometown Ticketing. We will not be allowing cash sales at the gate, all tickets must be purchased through Hometown Ticketing. Tickets are $8
Tickets will go on sale Sunday, July 18 at 9 a.m.
Fans can go to the ticket page on the IHSAA website to purchase tickets.

HANDICAP PARKING: Handicap parking is available in the parking lot directly south of the baseball field.
SPECTATOR SEATING: We have bleacher seating for the spectators however, fans should bring lawn chairs and sit along the fence by the first and third base lines and in the outfield.

The Mustang baseball team will face Mid-Prairie on Tuesday July 20th in Washington in the Sub-State final. Online tickets required.

Congrats to the Mustang baseball team for beating EBF 5-4 in the Class 2A District 12 Final! They will play the winner of Williamsburg vs Mid-Prairie on Tuesday for a chance at State. BE PROUD TO BE A MUSTANG!!
