Our hip hop team received a D1 division rating and placed 4th!!

Due to a Watermain break in Centerville the high school varsity basketball games will be moved to Davis County tomorrow, Friday, December 6th. The varsity girls will start at 6 o'clock followed by the varsity boys. All sub varsity games have been postponed.

If you are wanting your middle schooler to go to the Elementary Winter concerts tomorrow to watch a sibling, please send a note or call in the morning before 11:00 AM. so we can plan accordingly. It's a Q and U wedding party in Kindergarten! This was a special ceremony because q and u are always together in words. Students took part as the q(bride) and u(groom), as well as the groomsmen and bridesmaids and Principal Steffen was our officiant! They also had a reception after the wedding! Thanks to our creative Kindergarten staff, q and u will hopefully be remembered together forever!

Davis County Middle School Winter Concerts Friday December 6th
High School Student Council will be hosting a pet supply drive during the month of December. Supplies go to Heartland Humane Society in Ottumwa. Please place donations in the cafeteria by the tree.
There will be no biddy basketball practice tomorrow morning.

A $1,000 scholarship for each student was the prize as Sophomores Izabella Shauman, Paxton Benge, Charlotte Snow and Bryson Sprouse won the marketing pitch competition for C&W Services' Shark Tank event. In addition, they will have a trophy belt in our trophy case! The students presented their ideas to a panel of 6 judges, placing above two other schools. They presented well and rocked the Q&A portion of the event. We are very proud! Congratulations, students! Thank you to C&W Services for hosting this event!
Charlie Warren signed with Northwest Missouri State University to run track on scholarship. Charlie is a school record holder in two events. We look forward to watching him break more records in the spring!
